Columbus Hinton wrote on 2/12/2019 In Memory Of A Friend Don't cry for me today, I wouldn't want it this way. Be strong and smile, for you will see me in a while. I know you miss me, but now in Heaven I will be. Do not keep your sad face. I am in a much better place. Do not let your tears fall, for I cannot wipe them all. Yes, my life wasn't long, But I'm begging you to be strong. Live every moment as if it were your last. I won't forget any memories that have passed. Cherish life and love as I watch you from above. As I remember all of the good things, I come to see I have gotten my wings. It is time to go and fly. As your guardian angel I will try. Don't cry for me today. I'm on my way. Soaring through the sky, I watch all of you telling me goodbye. © Mercades
David E Watts wrote on 2/11/2019 Jerry, growing up you were Mike or just Dyer and you were one of the main pieces of our "Motley Crew", I still remember the 1st time your mom called us that. we had great times growing up from cruising out to Camp Dearborn to see what kind of trouble we could get into to pulling an all weekend D&D session or even the time we tried to fit that V-8 into the Capri(it was never going to fit). no matter what it was we always had a great time. you always had my back, even getting me 3 jobs working with you (the last one turning into a career) we had rough times too but the great times far outweighed them. I am sorry that I aloud us to drift apart, you will be missed old friend

Katie Strong wrote on 2/11/2019 Jerry, While I didn’t know you for long enough, God blessed me with knowing you for almost a year. Thank you for being an amazing husband, father and step father. Thank you for welcoming me into your home and allowing me to eat dinner with you and your family. We had some great laughs and shared some stories and your memory will live on forever. Rest well, Jerry. You’re so greatly missed.

Kathleen Dyer wrote on 2/10/2019 I can't believe you're gone husband. I keep waiting for you to walk through the door or to wake up from this nightmare. You are so much of me that I don't know how to be me without you. On May 12, 2003 when we stood before the justice of the peace, each other and God and we said "till death do we part" I had no idea that we would only have just short of sixteen more year together. I wish God would have blessed me with enough years together that we would have grown old together. I'm so lost without you my husband. I want you back home with me. I want one more " I love you wife", one more hug and kiss. One more time to feel your loving arms around me making me feel protected from the world. I hope I made you feel loved and brought joy and happiness to the last 17 years of your life. I don't know how to tell you goodbye my love. Please reach down from Heaven and hold me close one more time. Help me understand why you couldn't stay with me. Explain to me how I'm supposed to find my way in this world without you. Thank you for loving me and allowing me to love you my amazing, handsome husband. With all my love your eternally grateful wife.
