Sharon Balduf wrote on 9/25/2018 I knew Todd from the RAD self defense training days. He was a great instructor, a great cop, and a better human being. The world is worse off without him in it. My thoughts and well wishes are with his wife and daughters tonight.
Susan McLennan wrote on 9/25/2018 Where do I begin? Todd, I will miss you brother, more than you could know. I keep hearing your laugh in my head and it's fitting, because you were always laughing or making us laugh. You were/are my absolute favorite Sergeant ever and I've always said, for you, I would walk through fire, no questions asked, no hesitation. I will always remember our midnight shift talks and our midnight shift "voices". I just heard you laugh again. ;-) I love you, brother. I will keep Beth and the girls in my prayers for you.
Cheryl Phillips & Patrick Thill wrote on 9/25/2018 Our deepest sympathy to you at this time of sorrow. May God be with you. On Angels Wings.
Bill Polk wrote on 9/25/2018 I am not blood family to Todd, but with him a friend is a brother or a sister. A big strong brother is what he was to me and many other people. Whether we were bowling, at a football game or just hanging out anywhere, Todd with his sheepish little grin would be cookin' up something. Fun was his favorite pastime and many times I went along for a fun ride! You will be missed my brother, there will be a void in my life and every other person's that you have touched. Rest in peace my friend. We also want to wish all the best to our sister, Beth and the family in such a tough time. Beth, you are the rock of Gibraltar, it is no wonder you and Todd are one.
Linda and Mike Lazarz wrote on 9/25/2018 Beth and family, Please accept our heartfelt sympathy on the huge loss of Todd. It wasn't too long ago we were hanging out with you when we all were at Mike, Mel's, Smoke and Bubbles home. It was a great day. Also, Beth you and Todd have been so kind to both my mom and our daughter Marley....we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. God bless your family.
Steve Legg wrote on 9/25/2018 I remember going to the video arcade at Merriman and Cherry Hill with Todd. One day, I was playing a game. Todd hits me on the shoulder and said "I am going to marry her!" Beth had just walked in the door. I also remember playing street hockey with a tennis ball soaked in lighter fluid! We were not always the brightest. But he when he was focused, he accomplished what he set-out to do.
Ofc. Rob Trevino wrote on 9/24/2018 Todd was one of the first people I met when I worked at EMUPD. Todd was always there to help out and taught me a lot about police work. He loved his family, his career and was a great friend. Todd, you will be missed buddy, but know you made a difference in so many lives, love ya buddy ????
Robert Neff wrote on 9/24/2018 I became very good friends with Todd in High School and have cemented a bond of brotherhood with him for 38 years. We played a lot of video games in those days and after countless hours of competition, Todd has earned the title of “Captain Galaga” a game we both loved to play (and I continue to play in his memory) He brought so many smiles to anyone he came into contact with and had a magnetic personality. I already miss him and I pray that in the weeks and months ahead, God will lay his healing hand on the hearts of the family and those closest to him. I miss you buddy and will cherish the times we had together forever. Till I see you again, your friend always..... Bob
